Experiencing Anxiety, Insomnia, and/or Stress-Related issues? This 6-week course is for YOU. The goal of this course is to help regulate your nervous system. This class is limited to 8 participants who are vaccinated.
This course will include:
Teaching you how to recognize stressors and giving you tools to reduce triggers
A gentle yoga practice to help you reduce muscle tension, sleep better, and wake up feeling refreshed
Guidance to obtain focus and reduce brain fog
Lifestyle techniques to help with mindful eating, patience, and overall good health
Weekly group check-in’s to foster a sense of connection and community
A practice to do at home between classes to keep you on track
