Learn what to expect in a one hour studio class. From learning common breathing practices, what centering looks like, the A frame structure of a class, the 3 sun salutations, peak poses, how to properly let go in savasana, and more. A fundamentals class is perfect for the beginner or practitioner who finds they are struggling with alignment in certain poses, such as downward facing dog, or a reverse vinyasa pushup. This class is structured as an opportunity to have real dialogue with the instructor around what’s working and what isn’t working in your personal practice. Reiki Healing Session

Ahoo has trained and worked under Kripalu senior instructors and Shamans in meditation, mindfulness and energy work. Currently, she is obtaining her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction certification through the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute. She will guide you through different forms of meditation, utilizing the tools of breath and sound to help transcend the ego mind and obtain a higher connection to self.
Thai Yoga Treatment
$125 per hour session

The Thai Yoga body work sessions are practiced on a comfortable floor mat in a heated environment while fully dressed in comfortable clothes. These sessions are both relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating assisted stretches, positional release therapy, muscle energy technique, soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilization.
Thai Yoga Bodywork stretches and opens the body while deeply relaxing the client This work has been called "lazy person's yoga," as one gets all the benefits of a yoga class without applying any effort. Afterwards, clients tend to feel as if they have been given a new body, one that is more limber, open and more alive. It is a true full body tune-up. This work is also effective for treating specific neuromuscular injuries, including muscle pain, spasm, dysfunction and chronic tightness.
