Ahoo has trained and worked under the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda senior instructors and Shamans in meditation, mindfulness and energy work. Currently, she is obtaining her 1000 hour yoga certification through Kripalu.
Her focus is on the healing and transformative qualities of yoga, and she brings these into each of her classes. Her classes are a "no touch" policy, meaning she will not provide assists, to respect your personal space and boundaries.
KORSI STRETCH
This is a 30 minute sequence for the neck and shoulders. Seated and lying down postures. You can choose to do this seated in a chair. If knee issues, skip the last few postures, weight bearing on your knees.
