Korsi Yoga is excited to invite you to join Emily and Daniel in a special workshop carefully and thoughtfully designed to leave you grounded, relaxed, restored and ready for the Fall season! 

This 2-hour practice will begin with grounding, connecting to breath and then move into our Yin practice. These poses will be held longer to get deep into the connective tissue. The remainder of the practice will be Restorative yoga followed by a guided meditation and savasana. 

The practice will be sweetly accompanied by sound healer Daniel whose crystal bowl sound healing uniquely compliments the experience. The healing and soothing vibrations will leave you more peaceful and rejuvenated.
