A cleanse is not meant to set you up for failure. We want you making small changes, that can maybe lead to permanent changes. Try to incorporate all four categories above, in each day and throughout the week. If you aren’t able to one week, no worries, do your best, and come back the following week. Step by step, we will get there together.

Your cleanse includes juices, smoothies, shots and 1 charcoal lemonade. Liver detox tea and lemon water are not included.

Hot yoga should be incorporated into your cleanse. Also, plan to join our January 26th Ayurveda for Beginners workshop, for a discounted rate. You can opt to do 1 day, 3 days or a week at a time for the cleanse.

If you already have a studio membership, we will prorate this for you. You can share the juice package with a friend. We will guide you through all of the other category options and have special studio events and discussions.

*Alcohol should be avoided for the full 30 days. Caffeine and sugar consumption limited. Gluten and dairy in small amounts. Lean protein. Organic and grass fed when possible. As many fruits and vegetables as you want! Try to eat an Alkaline diet, which is fresh and raw. Animal products, processed foods are all Acidic and can slow down the body.

*Ingesting also includes what you watch and listen to on your devices, who you socialize with, products you use on your hair and body, products you use to clean your home and living spaces, books and magazines you read, and more. It’s not limited to food and beverage. Use this month to explore your daily habits and investigate ways you can choose self soothing and self loving options.
